Hi! Welcome to Made By Ethan! All items here are handmade by me, Ethan Watters. I have a passion for sewing and crafts; and I hope you'll enjoy the store as much as I do. Since I am still attending school; orders may a little while to made, as all items are made to order.
Payment
Items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase online. Direct Deposit is the preferred method for Australian residents; however, PayPal is available. Details for payment via Direct Deposit will be emailed on request after the order has been made. If an order has to be cancelled, please lodge a ticket here within 5 days of the order being sent.
Shipping
All items are shipped with Australia Post, and a flat rate is charged for postage. Express Post and Delivery Confirmation is not included in this charge; but is available on request through an email before placing an order. Then a custom listing will be created for you. Items are also packaged in paper covered box. Also, if an item is a gift for someone, we can send the item straight to them on your behalf. Items are shipped as soon as the item is made and packaged.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is not manufactured properly or was damaged in transit, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. However, if you simply do not like an item or change your mind; a refund is NOT available. If an item is to be returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping; and must be packaged in the original box. To make a return claim; please fill out the form here.
Additional Information and FAQ's
If you wish to make a special request; just send me an email through the contact form! Also, if you wish to leave feedback on your item, do so there as well. Gift wrapping is available on request, and a custom listing will be made with the extra charge added. They are wrapped in brown paper, with butchers twine and a white gift card included (if requested). All items from Made By Ethan are handmade, so please keep this in mind if a seam isn't perfectly straight! Also, if you find something in your item that isn't supposed to be there (ie. pins), please let me know - I'll be more careful, I promise!
